It appearing that the Debtors have reached an agreement resolving their claim objection with respect to claim number 10484 (filed by William Burik) as set forth hereafter, it is hereby
ORDERED that based on the written agreement of the parties dated March 25, 2005, claim number 10484 (filed by William Burik) shall be treated as set forth in such agreement and as follows: Claim No. 10484 shall be allowed so that Claimant shall have an allowed, general unsecured claim in the Bankruptcy Court in the amount of $800.00, to be paid as a Class 4 convenience claim under the Plan.
