SCHEDULING ORDER
ARTHUR GONZALEZ, Bankruptcy Judge
Pursuant to Rule 7026 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, the following scheduling order shall govern with respect to discovery in this contested proceeding between MCI, Inc. (f/k/a/ Worldcom, Inc.) and Tech Data Corporation (collectively, the “Parties”) regarding claim numbers 21280 and 21282:
1. On or before June 1, 2005, the Parties shall exchange the information required by FRCP 26(a)(1), incorporated into bankruptcy proceedings pursuant to RULE 7026, FEDERAL RULES OF BANKRUPTCY PROCEDURE;
2. On or before August 1, 2005, the Parties shall exchange those documents referred to in their respective Rule 26(a)(1) initial disclosure statements;

3. On or before October 1, 2005, the Parties shall complete all non-expert discovery, including supplementation of responses to discovery required by FRCP 26(e);
4. On or before November 1, 2005, the Parties shall disclose the identity of any expert witness(es) and provide his/her expert report(s);
5. The deadline for filing dispositive motions is December 1, 2005;
6. On or before January 31, 2006, a pre-trial/status conference should be held on this matter.
7. This case shall be ready for trial after February 28, 2006.
8. The requirements of Local Bankruptcy Rule 7056-1(a) are hereby suspended in this matter.
