This matter having been heard by the Court on the Motion to Amend Debtors’ Thirtieth Omnibus Objection to Claim No. 36077 of Michael Jordan (the “Motion”), due notice of the Motion having been given to all parties entitled thereto, and the Court having been fully advised in the premises, for the reasons stated on the record,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is granted; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Debtors’ First Amended Objection to Proof of Claim No. 36077 of Michael Jordan, as attached to the Motion, shall be deemed filed as of the date of this Order; and

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the response, if any, of Michael Jordan to the First Amended objection shall be filed within twenty days from the date of this Order.
