STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER CONCERNING HSG/ATN, INC.
ARTHUR GONZALEZ, Bankruptcy Judge

Pursuant to the agreement between MCI, LLC and certain of its direct and indirect subsidiaries, as debtors and debtors-in-possession (“Reorganized Debtors”) and HSG/ATN, Inc. (“HSG”), the following deadlines shall apply to the briefing relating to Reorganized Debtors’ Motion for Summary Judgment concerning claims filed by HSG/ATN, Inc. (the “motion”):

1. On or before April 3, 2006, HSG will file its opposition to the motion;
2. On or before April 18, 2006, Reorganized Debtors will file their reply in support of the motion;

3. The hearing concerning the motion will be held on April 25, 2006, at 10:00 a.m. EST in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, One Bowling Green, 5th Floor, New York, New York 10004-1408.
