THIS MATTER having been brought before the Court on Reorganized Debtors’ Motion for Summary Judgment (docket no. 17761) and at a hearing on January 31, 2006, and the Court having reviewed the papers submitted in support of the Motion; and it appearing that the claimant received notice of the motion, and has not responded to the motion, and further that the expungement and disallowance of the Claim is in the best interest of the Debtors, their estate and creditors; after due consideration and sufficient cause appearing therefore, the Court grants the Debtors’ Motion for Summary Judgment. It is

ORDERED that the proof of claim filed by Margie Keener, Claim No. 20061, is hereby expunged and such claim is hereby disallowed in its entirety.
