STIPULATION AND AMENDED SCHEDULING ORDER WITH RESPECT TO DEBTORS’ OBJECTION TO CLAIM NO. 36077 FILED BY MICHAEL JORDAN

Pursuant to Rule 7026 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, the following scheduling order shall govern with respect to discovery in this contested matter between MCI, Inc. (f/k/a/ Worldcom, Inc.) and certain of its affiliates (the “Debtor”) and Michael Jordan (the “Claimant”) and shall supersede the scheduling order entered in this matter on July 26, 2005 [Docket No. 16577]. Debtor and Claimant together are referred to as the “Parties”.

1. On or before February 28, 2006, the Parties shall complete all fact discovery;

2. The deadline for filing dispositive motions is April 30, 2006.

3. The requirements of Local Bankruptcy Rule 7056-1(a) are hereby suspended in this matter.
